2.2 Account Responsibilities

You assume sole accountability for all actions performed under your MandalCard account. It is imperative that you implement reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and details of any linked credit cards. All registration information you furnish must be truthful, precise, and complete. Should any information provided be found incorrect or incomplete, or if you are found to be in breach of any platform agreements (such as improper utilization of our services), we reserve the right to, at our discretion, terminate your account, remove associated data, and restrict your access to the platform without prior notification.

3. Account Creation and Maintenance

To access and utilize MandalCard, you are required to register and maintain an active account. During the registration process, you will be asked to furnish:

5. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Any unapproved use of the Application will result in the immediate revocation of this limited license.

6. Service Provision, Interruption, and Termination

6.1 Service Delivery

Our Service typically aims for continuous availability, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, this may be subject to adjustments or temporary unavailability due to essential technical or operational requirements, such as scheduled system maintenance for service enhancements.

6.2 Service Interruptions

The Service may experience interruptions without prior notification under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Periods of system overload or unforeseen technical malfunctions.
